  • Assist Operations General Manager in management and development of Social enterprises - Tourism & Hospitality, include,
  • Setup and operate the Heritage information center and BNB
  • Develop sales strategies, collaborate with business counterpart to execute pricing strategies
  • Maximize the occupancy and the average daily rate of BNB, while upholding excellent guest service and accommodations to all guests
  • Prepare sales forecast, budget and analysis report
  • Work multidisciplinary under vocational rehabilitation model to promote disability employment


  • Degree holder with at least 5 years’ working experience in Hospitality management or related disciplines is preferable
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua
  • Strong analytical skills with good business and numerical sense, familiar in local market environment
  • Good interpersonal and problem solving skills with servant leadership
  • Mature, dynamic, self-motivated and able to work independently
