Operations Manager

  • Minimum 8 years operations experience at a similar level preferably
in fitness, wellness or 5 star hotel industry
  • Strong customer service orientation and understanding of customer
relationship management
  • Strong planning & organizing skills with ability to develop policies &
procedure. Strong ability to build teamwork, resolve conflicts,
motivate & manage people
  • Strong ability to communicate clearly & convincingly in spoken &
written English and Cantonese
Job Duties:
  • Assisting the Country Operations Manager / Regional Operations
Director to develop the overall strategies & initiatives for daily club
operations & management
  • Hiring, managing, developing & motivating employees to meet or exceed
business results
  • Ensuring effective communication & teamwork across the yoga studios &
fitness centres & proactively assisting with daily operations
  • Coordinating work across the yoga studios or fitness centres &
organizing schedules of activity, staffing & resources
