Accountabilities
 

  • Manage the fleet operation to ensure running smoothly and effectively
  • Monitor the daily inspection on vehicles to ensure it abiding by the company standards
  • Prepare the work schedule for all shifts and monitor the attendance
  • Set KPI’s and conduct performance review for team members
  • Develop and train new and existing team members
  • Prepare and consolidate regular reports for management review
  • Assist ad hoc tasks as assigned

 

Job Requirements

  • Degree holder or above in related disciplines
  • Minimum 10 years’ relevant working experience in courier, express, hub management and 3 years’ experience in supervisory grade or above
  • Proven and solid experience in planning and analysis on hub design and re-engineering of workflow
  • Knowledge in Six Sigma, Kaizen, or other quality methodologies, Green Belt or PMP is a plus
  • Computer literate, proficient in MS Office (esp. Excel, Powerpoint, Project, Access) and Visio, VBA is a plus
  • Good command in both written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • Excellent communication, presentation and project management skills
  • Good team player, result-driven and willing to working
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
