Your role & responsibilities

  • Supervise a team to perform payment operations ensuring timely and accurate execution of all transactions
  • Monitor all payments that are timely executed and reconciled
  • Perform timely reconciliation for Payment Operations and settlement functions, discrepancy review, resolving breaks and exceptions.
  • Contribute to operational efficiency and productivity improvement.
  • Proactive trouble shooting in new and existing markets
  • Clarification of client / front office instructions (including interpretation of Chinese characters)
  • Exceptions management for all non-standard transactions

Your skills and experience

  • 7+ years of working experience in Payment Operation within the Banking and Financial Services industry
  • Solid knowledge and understanding treasury and payment products and systems
  • Detail-minded, responsible, well organised and good communication skill
  • Fluent spoken and written Cantonese and English
  • Prior knowledge and exposure to finance service industry is preferred
