Monitor to review e-Know Your Customer (“eKYC") documentation, perform Customer Due Diligence (“CDD"), Enhanced Customer Due Diligence (“EDD") and periodic CDD review on existing accounts
Handle various account maintenance tasks
Provide support to senior management for new project implementation
Assist in the updating of Operation Manual, report preparation and other ad-hoc assignments
To comply with all applicable regulations, rules, codes, guidelines and standards set by regulators and the Bank, and carry out duties with high integrity
Provide recommendations on improvement of operation to enhance service quality and work processes
Diploma holder or above in Banking, Finance or related disciplines
Preferable minimum 2 years of experience in retail banking sector, fresh graduate will also be considered
Familiar with regulatory requirements especially on KYC and AML policies, etc. is an advantage
Ability to communicate effectively to internal and external customers
Independent, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
A good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
