Operations Officer (1 year contract)

  • Monitor to review e-Know Your Customer (“eKYC") documentation, perform Customer Due Diligence (“CDD"), Enhanced Customer Due Diligence (“EDD") and periodic CDD review on existing accounts
  • Handle various account maintenance tasks
  • Provide support to senior management for new project implementation
  • Assist in the updating of Operation Manual, report preparation and other ad-hoc assignments
  • To comply with all applicable regulations, rules, codes, guidelines and standards set by regulators and the Bank, and carry out duties with high integrity
  • Provide recommendations on improvement of operation to enhance service quality and work processes


  • Diploma holder or above in Banking, Finance or related disciplines
  • Preferable minimum 2 years of experience in retail banking sector, fresh graduate will also be considered
  • Familiar with regulatory requirements especially on KYC and AML policies, etc. is an advantage
  • Ability to communicate effectively to internal and external customers
  • Independent, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
  • A good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
