Present in Hong Kong since 1998, we provide a wide range of services to the airlines, users and operator of Hong Kong International Airport. To accompany our fast-growing services at the airport, we invite high calibre and aggressive persons to join our Fueling team:

Operations Officer - Fueling

Major Responsibilities: 

  • Lead a team of supervisors to ensure smooth operations
  • Monitor resources allocation including manpower planning for fuelers, roster arrangements and overtime allocations
  • Prepare daily aircraft movement schedule
  • Participate in incident investigations
  • Ensure safety compliance in the department
  • Assist the managers to handle staff-related issues
  • Attend operations meetings
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned


  • Tertiary educated with at least 2 years of supervisory experience
  • Experience in aviation or fueling industry is an definitely advantage
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
  • Possession of valid Hong Kong driving license No. 1 and 2 is a must (licence No. 18 is an asset)
  • Able to work under pressure and perform in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated and independent
