Perform insurance administration support to Sales;
Maintain brochure and all associate marketing materials with up to date information;
Liaison with Insurance Companies;
Calculate commission and payroll for sales
Prepare and review internal and external correspondences;
Prepare business report and analysis as required by management; and
Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management.
University graduate in relevant disciplines;
Degree holder with 2 years settlement experiences in Hong Kong securities settlement operations;
Proficient in MS Office Application;
Fast response and able to work under pressure; and
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua is a must.
