  • Supervise daily operations
  • Manage vendor performance and development, assess and improve capability to achieve company business development
  • Monitor the performance of maintenance contractors to meet with company quality and availability standards
  • Keep close contact with users and manufacturers to solve technical problems
  • Ensure proper and economical spares replacement / consumption
  • Perform quality inspection on equipment & vehicles serviced by the maintenance contractors
  • Responsible for documents, data entry and analytical work
  • Responsible for monthly and quarterly KPI 
  • Monitor business results in the department and submit analyze and report to management
  • Liaise with different internal departments for transportation arrangement
  • Perform other assignments which assigned by management




  • Diploma or above with minimum 2 years solid experiences in logistics operation or fleet management.
  • Possess 1, 2 vehicle driving licenses
  • Professional ethics and able to work independently, good communication skills and able to deliver solution according to demands and requirements.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill
  • Familiar with MS Office
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin)
