As the Operations Specialist, your main responsibilities will be to liaise with external service providers internally and externally. Your main goal is to support our operations team and take measures to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction across different projects.



  • Handling day to day operational matters such as coordinate with service supplies. 
  • Reconcile delivery information from logistics providers with order fulfillment
  • Handle and follow up orders that failed to be delivered
  • Maintain inventory and stock check
  • Trains and develops warehouse packers to increase effectiveness and perform regular quality assurance checkups
  • Work effectively together with South East Asia offices (Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, the Philippines) to maintain service standard
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvements, new approaches, and personal excellence
  • Understanding of customer journeys and how to improve our customer experience
  • Be an ambassador for the Prenetics culture



  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • Fresh graduates are welcome
  • Excellent in written and verbal English and Cantonese. Proficient in Mandarin
  • Self-starter, professional, demonstrates initiative, resourcefulness, and strong problem-solving skills
  • Enjoys the dynamism of a startup environment (fast-paced office, shifting priorities, an "all hands on deck" approach)
