Our client is one of the Domestic Helper Finance Company in Hong Kong with a total of 8 branches located in Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories. To cope with their rapid business development, they invite high caliber professionals to join and be a member of their successful team.


Location :  Wanchai 

Salary : 20k-23k + allowance 

Working hours :   9:00 a.m to 6:00 p.m / 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. / 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. (5.5 working days per week / Public Holidays) 

Benefits: 11 days annual leave, medical benefits, allowance, performance bonus , MPF 



  • Report to Manager
  • Lead and manage a team of 6-8 CS, Telesales & Administrative staffs
  • To monitor, manage and improve the efficiency of the front-line operations and ensuring the quality of service to meet the service standard in terms of efficiency and courtesy 
  • Conduct meetings and briefings to front-line staff and reinforce the operation processes and uplift team performance
  • Relentlessly analyze the business and proactively offer insight and recommendations to sales and executive leadership
  • CRM data analysis, evaluation and statistical report 
  • Perform other ad hoc projects when assigned



  • Degree holder 
  • 4 years+ Customer Service & Operations experience with 2 years+ at supervisory level
  • Experience from servicing industries 
  • Excellent presentation, communication and customer servicing skills
  • Strong leadership skills, with analytical and strategic mindset
  • Good in English and Cantonese
  • Immediate available
