Oversee career path training program execution and regular update the curriculum to facilitate strategic training based on actual performance of frontline management, general staff and store performance
Consolidate and analyse the trend of overall store performance to search for gaps in training content and materials that need updating to generate higher productivity, service quality and safety among staff
Develop and update SOP training materials for frontline operations with District Managers and Operations Manager
Lead a small training team to provide shop operations trainings, customer services training, Health & Safety training and any other training according to the SOP which consider beneficial to the frontline employees and management
Identify and assess current and future operations training needs through job analysis, performance analysis and consultation with management
Draw an overall operations training plan that addresses needs and expectations
Deploy a wide variety of operations training methods to provide effective operations training
Work with HR Department to conduct orientations to the site, as well as on-boarding arrangement
Monitor, evaluate and report operations training program’s effectiveness, success, and ROI periodically
Resolve any specific problems and tailor programs as necessary
Develop Training Manual for different positions at the store
Work with HR Department to develop the competency framework, appraisal systems and training materials for career development at shop level
Enhance the team morale, food and service level by develop or participate internal / external competitions, such as HKRMA service talent award, Catering Industry Safety Award and Champion of 3G internal competition
Develop e-learning platform for staff orientation, and other related training courses
Enhance the knowledge of First Aid in shop level
Requirements:
University degree in Business Administration or Human Resources
With at least 5 years relevant experience in F&B industry
Track record in designing and executing successful operations training program such as providing quality customer services, customer complaints handling, communication skills, supervisory training programs in Chinese and Putonghua
Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, such as mentoring, coaching, on-the-job training, workshops, simulations and site-training
Excellent communication, leadership and presentation skills
Excellent negotiation and analytical skills
Strategic thinking and business management abilities
Solid understanding of Operation needs and willing to site visit
