Responsibilities

  • Communicate with Sales Team and Customer for ordering arrangement
  • Follow-up and monitor the whole process of ordering, eg. order entry, delivery follow up, goods return request, credit note entry
  • Prepare reports
  • Incoming call / email / fax handling
  • Resolve the enquiries of customers such as dispensary, doctor, government and supplier in a courteous and efficient manner
  • Coordinates with warehouse operation and distribution team to ensure on-time delivery of purchase orders
  • Handle customer account maintenance
  • To assist in different ad-hoc projects

Requirements

  • F.7 graduate or above with 1-2 year working experience
  • Experience in customer services or operations areas or logistics operations or sales a plus
  • Customer-oriented, enthusiastic, team player with good telephone skills
  • Self-motivated, able to work under pressure and tight schedules
  • Good PC skills in using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
