Order Processing Assistant Manager - Customer Service

This position is in charge of overseeing all order processing-related duties for the company, leading order processing department staff to perform all the steps necessary for processing order in a timely and effective manner. One of this manager's main functions includes overseeing day-to-day order operations such as verifying customer information, checking order and setting up promotion pricing.

Responsible for monitoring daily work flow of commercial order processing and ensuring orders are processed timely into order management system and distributed to the appropriate downstream departments & logistics service provider in order to meet the needs of the customer.
Performs quality checks on all orders to ensure accuracy of the order entry into order management system in order to comply with the needs of the customer, sales department, downstream departments and logistics service provider. The manager serve as the point of contact for issue-escalation and customers, sales department & logistics service provider.

Additionally the assistant manager also monitor and track performance of ordering and logistics service provided to customer.

A post-secondary qualification in business administration, management, or another relevant field is required for this position. In addition, previous experience in order processing is needed, and supervisory experience may be required or preferred. The applicant need to possess strong leadership and communication skills, as well as be organized and able to multitask.
