Support Service Operation Center (SOC) to monitor tool development and enhancement
Handle In-house development tools of network / service monitoring
Support Windows or Linux server administration work
Support IP network platforms, such as troubleshooting, daily routine health check or monitoring
Provide technical support in IP networking
Coding for SOC monitoring tools enhancement and new created functions
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications or related disciplines
Minimum 1 year relevant experience in telecommunication industry or service provider
Knowledge in Window and Linux Operating System
Knowledge in Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server Database, InfluxDB etc
Knowledge in application of Docker (k8s), Grafana, ELK etc
Proficient in programming language such as Unix script, Perl, PHP, Go, Python
Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
