OSS Engineer - Network Operations
Job MatcherResponsibilities:
- Support Service Operation Center (SOC) to monitor tool development and enhancement
- Handle In-house development tools of network / service monitoring
- Support Windows or Linux server administration work
- Support IP network platforms, such as troubleshooting, daily routine health check or monitoring
- Provide technical support in IP networking
- Coding for SOC monitoring tools enhancement and new created functions
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications or related disciplines
- Minimum 1 year relevant experience in telecommunication industry or service provider
- Knowledge in Window and Linux Operating System
- Knowledge in Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server Database, InfluxDB etc
- Knowledge in application of Docker (k8s), Grafana, ELK etc
- Proficient in programming language such as Unix script, Perl, PHP, Go, Python
- Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
