Outlet Manager

Reporting to the Food & Beverage Operations Manager, the job holder oversees the day to day operations of the restaurant including sales turnover, food promotion, member relations, service standard, manpower planning, staff training, internal & external communication etc. to deliver highest operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ supervisory experience in western restaurant environment in hotel/private club industry
• Diploma in Hospitality Management preferred
• Excellent staff training experience, able to guide the team with pre-shift briefings and training programs
• Flexible in working schedule
• A creative, hands on team player. Solid experience in planning promotion
• Able to work closely with all outlet managers to strengthen the department as one
• Good command of spoken English and Cantonese
