Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in hospitality management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years’ Front Office operations experience with 2 years in supervisory or above positions.
  • Independent, mature, detail oriented and problem solving skills
  • Well knowledge in emergency case and complaint handling
  • Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
