Overnight Supervisor / Overnight Manager (Front Office)

Are you the one to be joining our exciting team?


You are expected to:-

  • Ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction is achieved by delivering excellent customer service;
  • Handle all guest’s enquiries, complaints and emergency cases;
  • Supervises the on-day room sales and room arrangements;
  • Oversee building operation during the overnight shift.


You are nice to have:-


  • Diploma / Degree Holder in Hospitality Management or related disciplines;
  • Minimum 2 - 4 years’ guest service experience in front office operation;
  • Mature, independent and excellent problem solving skills;
  • Outstanding inter-departmental coordination and follow up skills;
  • Customer-focused, energetic, detailed-oriented, pleasant personality with good interpersonal & communication skills and can be a good team player;
  • Excellent command of spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Opera System;
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Overnight Manager.
