Overseas Customer Service / Sales Coordinator

Job Descriptions

  • Handle overseas customers' enquiries, provide product information;
  • Follow customers' developments and provide advices;
  • Discuss price with customers and follow up sales orders;
  • Arrange vendor/customer-visit and build up relationship;
  • Promote new products to vendors/customers;
  • Exhibitions and trade show planning;
  • Conduct market research, market survey, report and analysis;
  • Assist global Manager in various kinds of programs .


Job Requirements

  • Degree holder or above with at least 1-3 years working experience, with background in marketing field should be a plus;
  • Experience in Garments or Fashion industry is an advantage;
  • Fluent in spoken and written English & Chinese, Mandarin is a plus;
  • Strong PC skills, proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Power Point and Chinese Word Processing;
  • Customer-oriented, teamwork spirit and outgoing characters are preferred;
  • Candidates with less experience or fresh graduates will be considered as Associate customer service or co-ordinator.
