Job Description

Our young and dynamic team is now looking for a Overseas Property Sales Manager / Assistant Overseas Property Sales Manager to join the Creative Team at its Hong Kong headquarters. We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic candidate with 0-2 years of experience in sales role, the role will suit a self-driven who can work effectively within a team and in a fast paced environment. 


Job Responsibilities:

  • Participate in property exhibitions and seminars organised by the company
  • Coordinate property closings, overseeing signing of documents 
  • Maintaining a consistent professional relationship with current and prospective clients
  • Follow up all documents and agreements of Sales & Purchase
  • Work as customer service answering customers' enquiries 



  • Must be available to work on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays' Seminar
  • Passionate, Enthusiasm and “can-do" attitude
  • Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proactive, independent, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
  • Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Immediately availability is highly preferred 
  • Sales representative for overseas properties work exclusively in relation to properties outside Hong Kong and are not licensed to deal with any properties situated in Hong Kong.
