PA to Director of Compliance & Sustainability (ICC Office)

  • Provide full spectrum of secretarial support to the Director of C&S
  • Manage C&S director meeting schedule and travel booking
  • Day to Day data management, BSCI data base/CSI/ EasyFlow/EasyContract / Review content of invoices
  • Liaise with Lidls HQ regarding factory status updates
  • Liaise with relevant department and sourcing colleagues in Lidl HK for Factory Registration Form follow up
  • Respond to enquiries from various departments, suppliers and Agents related to Compliance and Sustainability
  • Manage, update and maintain Lidl HK data bases
  • Manage debit notes and related document between factories, 3rd party audit firms and Headquarter
  • Distribute and communicate company Guidelines and Requirements to factories
  • Facilitate travel arrangements and expenses for team members assigned by compliance manager


  • Diploma
  • Min 3 years compliance and sustainability experience
  • Self-motivated, and able to communicate at all levels
  • High degree of work ethics and integrity
  • Good team player
  • Good command in English
  • Good PC knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint)
  • Positive thinking, adaptability to change, detail minded, available to work independently
  • (Some) Travel required.
