To provide advice to business teams and operation department of the bank in relation to legal risks and documentation matters
To prepare, review and comment on legal documents and internal policies
To liaise with external legal counsel and conduct legal research
To handle general administration duties
To handle any special projects as assigned by the management
To perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in law or legal studies with 2+ year of experience working as paralegal or legal executive in a sizable law firm or legal department of a financial institution.
Good stakeholder management skills to collaborate with other departments.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing.
Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
Relevant experience in drafting and preparation of legal documentations would be an advantage.
Well organised, strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure.
Self-motivated with an ability to work effectively and independently
