Your Position

As part of an experienced and dynamic team to provide provide professional services for one of our key private equity clients – one of the world’s leading investment firms with expanding business opportunities worldwide, you will report directly to Manager and work closely with the team.

Your Responsibilities

  • To work in-house with one of the world’s leading Private Equity firms
  • Assist the Legal & Compliance team of this prestigious client, co-ordinating with Intertrust offices around the world and external counsel
  • Arrange for document execution (electronic and hard copies) adhering to internal approval protocol
  • Monitor Company Secretarial documents prepared to ensure consistency and conformity to clients’ requirements
  • Assist with the co-ordination of compliance related requests
  • Responsible for processing and updating the work queue on a daily basis to meet client expectation
  • Ensure that executed documents (electronic and hard copies) are routed through to the relevant parties for upload to its proprietary document management system (BluePrint)
  • Draft notifications of any changes of directors/authorized representatives of client entities
  • Attend Board meetings and draft minutes for client offices in jurisdictions such as Thailand, India & Japan – arrange for approval of draft minutes and subsequently arrange for execution
  • Contact point for all Corporate secretarial related queries – also Corporate secretarial queries about non-Intertrust managed entities

Your Profile

  • Degree holder in Law, Corporate Governance, Business Administration or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years' of experience in law firm or professional services firms
  • With Company/Legal Secretarial Experience is preferred
  • Strong co-ordination skills and an organised approach to delivering client solutions
  • Must be meticulous, pro-active, and attentive to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and able to work independently in a fast paced environment
  • A driven and focused candidate keen on progressing a Company/Legal Secretarial career and interest in gaining experience in the deal flow environment of a leading Private Equity firm
