Paralegal

The role:

• We are now looking for a motivated paralegal to join the Legal Department who will be working with various aspects of the business and the law.
• Assist in preparing, reviewing and drafting commercial contracts and other legal documents
• Perform a variety of legal assignments and managing routine projects and matters
• Assist in preparing and maintaining internal filing records and systems
• Work with and providing legal support to other internal business units of the Group
• Provide general support to the Legal Department and report to Legal Counsel
• Perform legal research and ad hoc tasks as required

Skills and attributes:

• Bachelor of Laws/ law graduate or equivalent
• Candidate with at least 2 years of legal work experience preferably in corporate and/or property law would be an advantage
• Fresh graduates are welcome (on-the-job training will be provided)
• Good communication skills and command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Excellent organisation skills and acute attention to detail
• Immediately available preferred
