Part-time Account Clerk

  • 5-Day work from 2:00pm to 6:00pm
  • General duties of accounting and book-keeping
  • General clerical duties such as filing, data entry and preparation of quotation/invoice
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable transactions
  • Assist in preparation of financial and accounting reports
  • Other Ad hoc assignment
  • F.5 or above in accounting with LCCI Level 3 certificate 
  • 3-5 years relevant working experience
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Good command in written & spoken English & Chinese
