The Integrated Contact Centre of Betting Control and Customer Operations Department provides one-stop service for the Club’s customers and general public. By means of telephone hotlines and online channels, we provide customers with product information, enquiry handling and venue reservation services, etc. on 24x7 basis.
provide administrative support to the team, such as letter draft, data entry, filing and records update
assist in monitoring team operation efficiency
extract and compile data for report preparation
perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors
You should have
DSE / HKCEE or above, with 1-2 years administrative working experience
proactive, detail-minded, team spirit and stable working attitude
good command in both written and spoken Chinese and English
familiar with MS Word, Excel & Chinese word processing
$65.5 per hour
*Shift Hour (Mon-Sun/PH)
- F: 9:00 am - 11:00 pm
*Average 4-8 working hours per day and 3-5 days per week. Actual working hours depend on operational need and on rostering basis.
