Part-Time Administration Assistant

Job Descriptions:

  • Perform full spectrum of office administration functions
  • Handle telephone calls and enquiries
  • Assist in photographic report making and outdoor duties
  • Work on ad-hoc duties as assigned by management
  • General administrative and clerical support to the team



  • DSE graduates or above
  • 3-4 days working per week (negotiable)
  • Good team player, self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications including Word and Excel
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
