Key Responsibilities

  • Offer administrative and secretarial support to Director and Personal Assistant
  • Handle any incoming and outgoing correspondence in a professional manner and assist with follow-up as required
  • Prepare business or personal travel arrangements
  • Coordinate and schedule business and personal appointments or activities
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties if required

Requirements

  • Diploma or above in Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Fresh graduated will also be considered
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good command of written and spoken English is an advantage
  • Immediately availability is preferred
  • Preferably to work 3-5 days a week
