Part-time Administrative Officer (2 - 3 days per week / 3 - 4 half days per week)

Job descriptions:
  • Handle general office administration and clerical duties such as record filing, equipment facilities maintenance etc.
  • Procurement of office supplies
  • Assist in company related registrations and license renewal
  • Vendor sourcing and management
  • Provide administrative support ensure efficient operation of office
  • Assist in office projects and employee activities
  • Support team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication
  • Provide information by answering questions and requests
  • Basic IT supports to teams
  • Ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned by Managing Director

Requirements:

  • High diploma or above
  • 1 year + working experience in clerical or administration work
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Attention to details and problem-solving skills
  • WITH IT SKILLS IS DEFINITELY A PLUS
