Part-time Associate, Customer Marketing (12-Months Contract)

Assist Customer Marketing Manager to develop and implement diversified marketing and communication programs in the prevention, diagnosis and management of targeted diseases so as to add values to the current and new products planning process with the ultimate objective of improving the overall company competitive edge as well as sales and profit.


  • Candidate will be assigned to different roles depending on his/her capabilities as below:
  • Build and maintain a strong relationship with internal & external customers/partners such as sales & marketing colleagues, media partners, agencies, KOLs for maximizing the brand position and success for deployment and execution of diversified marketing and communication programs in disease management
  • Maintain and create in-house content for both online and offline platform regularly and build up an online healthcare community to drive customer engagement
  • Develop specific and feasible customer obsession program or strategy to stated strategy and business priorities
  • Manage and enhance the performance from various channels; prepare evaluation and analytical reports periodically to ensure effectiveness of marketing intelligence and drive continuous improvement
  • Facilitate the production of marketing and communication collaterals
  • Copywriting and translation support
  • Support the daily administration and operation of Membership Club including customer service hotline, trade program and wellness program to ensure quality service is delivered and is fully in compliance with the company’s policy:
  • Handle and prepare replies for customers’ daily hotline enquiry calls in both verbal and written formats
  • Provide timely and high level quality of customer relations service to both external and internal customers
  • Record all customer interactions and maintain customer relations Contacts in web-based CRM platform
  • Analyze data and prepare reports for evaluation
  • Provide general clerical and administrative supports including data entry, filing, record keeping and updating files, manage stock inventory
  • Support the smooth implementation of Membership Club acquisition, redemption program, engagement program, trade program and marketing activities
  • Assist the daily operations of Wellness Centre and program logistics with internal and external customers and partners
  • Assist in ad hoc marketing projects required


  • High Diploma or above, Communications, Marketing, Customer Service, Hotel Management, Administration or related discipline is preferred
  • Prior working experience in marketing, PR agency, medical, pharmaceutical or relevant perspectives an added advantage  
  • Mature, self-motivated, able to work independently
  • Customer focus, able to handle stressful situation and handle multi tasks simultaneously
  • Sociable and presentable Good team player, good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in written & spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin is an added advantage
  • Proficiency in MS applications including Word, Excel, Chinese Word Processing, PowerPoint Knowledge in Photoshop, design software and/or video editing is preferre

*Less experience candidate will be considered as Customer Marketing Assistant
