Part Time Buying Assistant

Pricerite Home Limited

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide sales and administrative supports in buying team
  • Communicate with suppliers/factories on product sampling, QA checking, production plan and shipment schedule
  • Prepare daily and weekly sales reports for buyer’s review
  • Communicate with internal parties to update product information and promotion
  • Handle ad hoc projects assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related discipline
  • 1 year working experience in administrative work
  • Good command in spoken and written English and Mandarin
  • Excellent skill in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing
  • At least 3 working days per week
