Part Time Customer Care Officer (Overnight Shift)

Make The Right Call


  • Handle customer inquiries in professional manner via different channels
  • Ensure customer queries and feedback are quickly and effectively resolved with courtesy
  • Balance customer’s expectation & service level by providing effective and efficient solutions to customer
  • Other duties as assigned


  •  HKCEE / DSE or above
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in customer service
  • Able to work independently, handle ad-hoc tasks and under pressure 
  • Customer-oriented with good communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Good PC knowledge ad Chinese word processing preferable
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
