The Customer & International Business Development Division (C&I) is responsible for the wagering business for The Hong Kong Jockey Club. The Division drives the wagering business results of Racing, Football and Mark 6 lottery via product marketing, CRM, digital & operational functions, and channel services. The ultimate aim is to provide customers with an impressive total customer experience leading to sustainable gaming demand channelling (from illegal sources) in a responsible manner.
assist shop operation in gift shop at The Peak
ensure that products are presented in good standard
maintain the tidiness of the shop
deliver quality and efficient customer services to guests
You should have
form 5 or above of relevant experience
working experience in customer service or retail industry is preferable
energetic, outgoing and with good customer services
good communication and presentation skills in spoken English or Mandarin
positive, aggressive with excellent interpersonal skills
immediate available is preferred
Working Location: The Peak
Working Schedule: 10:30 - 20:00 (1-2 days per week)
HK$73.5 per hour
