Part-time Customer Service Assistant

Job Description:

  • Perform reception duties, including answer phone calls and data input, transaction & invoicing of goods and stock control; 
  • Provide customer service and act as cashier; 
  • Handle administrative duties of the company; 
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by Customer Service Supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Form 7 standard or University Student is welcome 
  • experience in Sales/Retail/Customer Service preferable; 
  • Shifts in Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays; 
  • Responsible, eager to learn, willing to accept additional tasks; 
  • Proficient in using Word, Excel and Chinese and English word processing; 
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin;
  • Immediate available is preferred.
