Part-Time Customer Service Officer (Ref TMO)

APAC Marcom & Events Management

 Job Duties

  • Handle general enquiries, and customer requests via phone/email
  • Log customer requests and escalate to the appropriate support team
  • Make calls to potential & existing clients for the purpose of generating new / up-sell business leads
  • Contact & follow up with customers about promotions & generate inquiries
  • Responsible for data entry to the system and maintaining the database
  • Provide support on ad-hoc assignments when required

Job Requirements

  • Relevant experience in telemarketing Customer Service is preferred
  • Knowledge in IT Industry will be an advantage
  • Effective written and excellent verbal communication in English and Chinese
  • Self-motivated and customer service oriented
  • Good Knowledge of MS Office (Word & Excel)

We offer HK$80 per hour including lunch hour.
Minimum to work 3 days per week (from 10:00 am to 5:30 pm, no Saturday and Sunday).
