Job Duties

Handle general enquiries, and customer requests via phone/email
-
Log customer requests and escalate to the appropriate support team
-
Make calls to potential & existing clients for the purpose of generating new / up-sell business leads

Contact & follow up with customers about promotions & generate inquiries

Responsible for data entry to the system and maintaining the database

Provide support on ad-hoc assignments when required
Job Requirements
-
Relevant experience in telemarketing Customer Service is preferred
-
Knowledge in IT Industry will be an advantage
-
Effective written and excellent verbal communication in English and Chinese
-
Self-motivated and customer service oriented
-
Good Knowledge of MS Office (Word & Excel)
We offer HK$80 per hour including lunch hour.
Minimum to work 3 days per week (from 10:00 am to 5:30 pm, no Saturday and Sunday).
