Part Time Customer Service Specialist (HK$55 per hour 旺 角 區 上 班 )

Responsibilities職責

  • Responsible to operate the counter sales, phone orders and web orders in the shop
  • 負責店門銷售, 處理電話及網上訂單
  • Handle customers' enquires and complaints
  • 處理顧客查詢及投訴
  • Perform day-to-day store operation activities such as product display, loading products to shelves, tester checking, etc.
  • 整理商品、上架及協助店舖日常運作
  • Conduct outbound and handle inbound customer service calls

Requirements要求

  • Secondary school graduate or above
  • 中五畢業或以上學曆
  • Minimum two years working experience, preferrably in customer service or retail environment
  • 兩年相關銷售/客戶服務經驗
  • Hands-on PC knowledge (Word, Excel). Chinese word processing a must
  • 能操電腦,中文輸入法
  • Good spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin)
  • 良好廣東話,能操英語及普通話者優先
  • Honest, hard working and willing to learn
  • 誠實,勤力及主動好學
  • Required to work on shift
  • 須輪班工作 (10:30-19:30/12:30-21:30)
  • No Shift on Sunday and Public Holidays
  • 休星期日及公眾假期
