The Department

Our Customer Management (Public Segment) Department is to collaborate with various departments of the Club in achieving the Club's objective of Total Customer Satisfaction. We are looking for high calibre professional to join our team.


The Job
You will

  • provide quality and efficient customer services to customers
  • communicate with customers effectively to enhance their racing experience
  • identify customer needs and enquiries, resolve them tactfully

About You
You should have

  • minimum Level 2 or equivalent in 5 subjects including English Language (“attained" for ApL subjects or Grade E for other language subjects) in HKDSE
  • 1 years customer service experience (Higher education with less experience will also be considered)
  • good interpersonal skills and customer-oriented
  • good communication skills and as effective team player
  • good command in spoken English or Putonghua, other language is essential
  • passion and knowledge in horse racing
  • willingness to work on weekends and public holidays


Working Location : Sha Tin Racecourse & Happy Valley Racecourse

Working Schedule:
Night Race: 18:30 – 23:00 on Wednesdays
Day Race: 11:00 – 18:00 (*) on Saturdays/ Sundays/ Public Holidays
*Actual working hours would depend on operational needs.

Pay Rate: HK$85.5 per hour
