Responsibilities

  • To handle enquiries from shoppers / tourists / tenants
  • To offer assistance / services to shoppers as needed in a helpful manner
  • Shift duties will be required (at least 4 hours a day between 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. and at least 3 days a week)

Requirements

  • Passionate in retail and hospitality work
  • Pleasant, proactive and customer-oriented with good manners
  • Higher Diploma or above in any discipline with at least 1 year’s experience in customer service, hospitality or sales industry 
  • Good command of spoken English, Putonghua and Cantonese
