Part-time HR Assistant

About the Role:
  • Support the international HR team on recruitment process including but not limited to job posting, updating career page, CV screening, interview coordination and contract preparation
  • Support HRIS integration and data maintenance
  • Support adhoc tasks assigned
  • Able to work 2-3 full days per week, subject to change if needed
  • Proficient in MS Word & Excel, experienced in HRIS will be an advantage
  • Fluency in spoken and written English and Mandarin
  • Self-motivated and able to work in fast paced environment
  • HR students are welcome
