Part Time Human Resources Assistant – Recruitment

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in candidate sourcing administration duties and selection process
  • Provide clerical support for on-boarding arrangement
  • Assist in doing the research and analysis for the recruitment activities
  • Participate in different kinds of recruitment activities
  • Prepare recruitment materials & handle logistic arrangement

Requirements:

  • High Diploma/ Degree in Human Resources Management is preferable
  • Proactive, good communication skill and a good team player
  • Willing to work outside
  • Proficient in PC applications, English and Chinese Word Processing
  • Able to work around 3 days per week (include Saturday or Sunday)
