The Position:

We are seeking dynamic, resourceful and mature individuals to join us as a Lifestyle Concierge in the Hong Kong Service Delivery Centre.

The role involves fulfilling requests from customers of reservation

Profile of Candidates:

  • Customer service experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Written and oral communication skills with in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • 20-30 hours per week (working hours between 8am-10pm, will including weekend/public holiday)
  • Working period mid of February – end of March
