The Position:

We are seeking dynamic, resourceful and mature individuals to join us as a Lifestyle Concierge in the Hong Kong Service Delivery Centre.

The role involves researching and fulfilling requests from customers globally in areas of limousine services

Profile of Candidates:

  • 1 years relevant customer service experience in travel/tourism, hospitality, retail, hotel/ guest services
  • Strong communication skills

Written and oral communication skills with in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
