Part-Time Office Assistant (2 to 3 working days per week)

Cheng Chung Design (H.K.) Limited

Responsibilities:

  • Mainly backup for Accounting and Admin. Dept.
  • Provide accounting support including data entry, updating and filing documents, employee database maintenance including leave records update, staffs’ expenses claim forms, etc.
  • Have to work during Receptionist’s holidays (as a receptionist: handling phone calls, arrange couriers, serve visitors, provide administrative support, data entry, etc.)
  • Outdoor work required sometimes
  • Other Ad-hoc duties as assigned by superiors

Requirements:

  • F.5 graduated or above
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant job experience, preferably in sizeable company, fresh graduate will be also considered
  • Experience in administrative work will be an advantage
  • Good command of spoken and written in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Proficient in PC skills (MS Excel, Word, Outlook and Chinese Word Processing)
  • Good telephone manner, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work 2-3 days (9:30am - 6pm) per week usually; during receptionist’s holiday, may need to work more than 3days.
  • Immediate available is highly preferred

Benefit:

  • Working Location: Wanchai
  • Working hours: 09:30-18:00 (1 hour meal break)
  • Salary: $550/day
