Job Description

  • Provide monthly payroll support and maintain employee records
  • Assist in data entry, database management, job posting, application screening and meeting arrangement.
  • Handle phone and email enquiry.
  • Provide administrative support duties such as office supplies, repair & maintenance
  • Perform other ad hoc assignments as required.

Job Requirements

  • Tertiary education, preferably in human resources & administration management or business related disciplines.
  • Ideally at least 1 year working experience in HR & Admin related areas.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Good command of spoken & written English & Chinese.
