The appointees are required to conduct two on-site supervisions and give constructive feedback to students; conduct three workshops, have discussions with students about their teaching plans and reflections, and give feedback on students’ performance; communicate with the Practicum Unit Supervisor on the arrangement of the practicum; attend supervisors’ meetings convened by the Practicum Coordinator; review and respond lesson plans and learning portfolio; provide feedback; and to complete required evaluations and documents.
Applicants should possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, with no less than eight years of working experience in the field of Early Childhood Education; understand the Hong Kong Early Childhood Education Curriculum; have good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
Salary will be competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience.
