Part Time Sales Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities:

- Support on preparation of sales reports/ sales events/ sales activities / training sessions

- Handle departmentaladministrative duties

- Be able to communicate with customers in courtesy manner

- Support on tasks delegated by Sales Manager

 

Requirements:

- Form 5 or above, good command of Chinese, English and Mandarin  

- Candidate with prior working experiences would be preferable

- Friendly personality, proactive, willing to learn, honest and responsible

- Hands-on PC knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint), Chinese word processing is a MUST
