This role will be providing secretarial support to the senior management as well as general support to the Organization and Talent Development Department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide all-round secretarial support and personal assistance to management
  • Maintain collaborative relationships across different teams and build internal networks
  • Supporting team members, coordinating meetings, preparing reports, minutes and presentation materials and running events
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as required

Experience & Background

  • Strong communication skills, including written and verbal English and Mandarin
  • Excellent English and Chinese typing, translation and computer skills – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience. Prior experience in large MNCs is preferred
  • Immediate availability is preferred
  • A native Mandarin speaker / professional working proficiency with excellent verbal, written and drafting skills in English
  • Proficiency with Word, PowerPoint and Excel
