Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Ability to speak and write English and Mandarin fluently and idiomatically.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience in enterprise sales with a focus on partnerships in a high-growth and fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in online marketing platforms (i.e., Google Analytics 360) and using and/or deploying digital advertising and measurement solution.
  • Broad understanding of online advertising and digital marketing in Greater China and Korea.
  • Ability to take initiative, adapt quickly to changing priorities and drive deliverables to execution with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work well in a large, fast-paced, complex and continuously changing environment.

Digital marketing in Greater China and Korea has been evolving rapidly. Our clients’ needs are changing constantly, and so our product needs to change with them. The Partnership Development Manager needs to develop win-win cooperation with our selected strategic partners to better serve our client’s needs and dedicate themselves as adviser to design the best data and media solutions with full Google product offerings in this diverse region.

In this role, you will manage and grow business with data and third-party inventory partners in China. Using analytical mind to improve the existing business opportunity and make it grow. You’ll have the chance to create long-lasting executive relationships with our partners and to help shape the partnership development strategy of our team. You possess effective relationship-building skills both internally and externally, and are apt to resolve technical, commercial and contractual issues with partners in order to best represent our customers and products.

New Product Solutions is the link between Google’s Product and Sales organizations. We turn product innovations into client solutions that enable our customers to get the most out of Google’s advertising products and the web. We partner with Sales team members in building the strongest commercial strategy, and we equip customer-facing Googlers with essential product expertise. We are fascinated by all things digital and passionate about shaping the quickly evolving world of online advertising.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strategic partner relationships and become a trusted advisor with both internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Lead partnerships that result in growth and adoption of Google Marketing Platform and other key Google products.
  • Engage with C-level and internal stakeholders to create new structures and growth opportunities.
  • Develop joint business plans with partners and successfully meet goals.
