Partnerships & Campaign Manager


What you will do

  • Plan and implement overall marketing campaign strategies to boost user acquisition and drive sales in Hong Kong market.
  • Plan and implement campaigns across multiple online channels to drive short-term and long-term results.
  • Gather and analyse market trends and customer behaviours
  • Co-ordinate with all functions of marketing to ensure efficient deliveries
  • Diligently explore and follow through potential partnerships with external parties where synergies arise
  • Work closely with global team to ensure consistency with global communication strategy.
  • Familiar with travel related products specifically on activities, tours, attractions, and transportation in Asia.
  • Regular KPI report review and campaign performance analysis with the Marketing Manager
  • Own all aspects of traffic, optimization, and troubleshooting with a sustained focus on efficiency and scalability.
  • Regular Prioritisation of workload in line with targets and opportunities

What you will need

  • BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
  • Experience in online and offline marketing
  • Experience with marketing optimisation via constant data-driven testing and learning
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics and marketing tools
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • A start-up attitude – highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your sleeves attitude that’s not afraid to work independently when required;
  • Globally-minded and comfortable working with people from different cultural background.
