The Role

  • Assist our clients in maintaining smooth operations at the Passenger Services Unit
  • Coordinate check-in and reception services, lead a team to work in accordance with the operational guidelines
  • Ensure and monitor the team in providing high quality services towards our airline clients
  • Maintain good spirits and morale

The Person

  • HKCEE/ HKDSE or equivalent
  • With at least 5 years related experience
  • Good spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Positive attitude with a commitment to work in the aviation industry
  • Experience in customer service is an asset
  • Detail-minded, patient and able to work under pressure
  • Willing to perform shift duty and overtime work
