Responsibilities

  • Responsible for your section 
  • Carry out mise en place as well as delivering the food to the highest possible standard in line with the head chef's requirements
  • Assist the head chef to ensure food quality and the desired kitchen standards are constanlty met 
  • Carry out duties as shown and maintaing their standards 
  • Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in your section and food storage areas

 

Qualifications 

  • Have a strong background as a Commis Chef in a 1*- 2* Michelin restaurants 
  • 2 - 3 years or above pastry experience 
  • Have to be creative , flexible and have a can do attitude 
  • Have a strong passion for food
